It has four academic institutions: Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences, Vydehi Institute of Dental Sciences, Vydehi Institute of Nursing Sciences, and Vydehi Institute of Biotechnology Sciences. The medical and dental institution is affiliated with the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka. The medical institution is approved by the Medical Council of India and the dental institution is recognized by the Dental Council of India.
